Peter Bittar, MD, FAAD
Dr. Bittar is a double board-certified Dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon. He specializes in surgical, cosmetic and medical dermatology and leads the Mohs surgery unit at Miami Dermatology and Surgery. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, received his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine, completed his dermatology residency at Indiana University, and his fellowship at Yale University. Julie Bittar de la Cruz, MD, FAAD
Dr. de la Cruz is a board-certified Dermatologist specializing in medical & cosmetic dermatology and is an expert in hair restoration, including hair transplant surgery. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, and completed her dermatology residency at Rush University Medical Center. We started Miami Dermatology and Surgery in order to provide the highest quality of care for every patient. Our doctors are board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and extensively trained in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. In addition to our practice in Coconut Grove, our dermatologists are credentialed physicians at Baptist Hospital, Doctor’s Hospital, South Miami Hospital, the Miami Cancer Institute, HCA Mercy Hospital, and the Ocean Reef Medical Center. We are proud to serve the Miami and South Florida communities we call home.
